Optical bonding Service Provider
provides 3 kids of lamination services for our TFT LCD and touch screen, the main lamination methods are as follows.
Our TFT LCD and touchscreens are optically bonded using a process in which a layer of resin is applied between the glass to make them solid and eliminate any air pockets or gaps. The optical bonding enables the use of our display options even in fields in which they undergo and withstand harsh environments such as medical, military, transportation, retail, and marine fields.
Additionally, optical bonding makes our display solutions usable even under high light conditions. Optically bonded displays still show clear images even when being used under extreme light since they prevent refraction of the light which interrupts your image vision on the screen. EAGLE TECH provides 3 kinds of lamination services for our TFT LCD and touch screen customers. The main lamination methods are as follows
1. Air bonding. Double-sided adhesive bonding.
2 OCA (Optically Clear Adhesive) is a special adhesive for bonding transparent optical components. It is required to be colorless and transparent with light transmittance above 95%, have good bonding strength, can be cured at room temperature or medium temperature, and has the characteristics of small curing shrinkage.
3. OCR (Optical Clear Resin) is a type of optical glue. The glue is liquid, hence called liquid optical glue or LOCA/OCR. It has good fluidity and does not limit the material and shape of the lamination.
